Hi, I'm getting ready to upgrade my minors licence and looking for some help on a couple points. First, I plan on getting my RPAL along with PAL, so should I complete my restricted course and send in that with my application to save time on the issuing time for the licence. Secondly, the upgrade form says I require proof of completing the firearms safety course, the problem is that I sent that in with the application for my minor's licence, and to my knowledge never received the proof back or anything that I could use as proof. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

With regards to the proof of completion, when i did mine i called the number for help on the form and they told me to write that proof was included in my application for my minors along with the date of completion of the course. So far it has worked for me as the website says my application has completed initial processing and i have not received any requests for more information.
