I mistakenly bought a clamshell block vise when my first AR build uses a VTLOR-MUR. When I fit the clamshell to it, there's some give. I could tighten it some but am afraid to do it too much and if you yank on it, it comes out. Should I be worried? Or should I go find a specific vise block for the VLTOR-MUR?
I saw some mentioned on the interweb, like the DMPS Claw but they appear to be sold out at Brownells. Otherwise, my search-fu has failed me. Can anyone point to one? I can buy someone's used one no problem.
