Upper value?

Ahh lol, that makes more sense. Well I hope its worth that I paid $1400 for the whole thing. Dont know the round count. I bought it from Epps. I have put about 1000 through it so far. Shoots great, no problems. I do have all the original parts for it too. I thought about getting the barrel cut down, but I still want a flattop upper. I have a holosight that I love shooting with, but its wayyy up in the air being mounted on the carry handle, and I dont get the full view through the holosight when its mounted on the rail.

Honestly if you're using an Eotech than just buy a gooseneck mount and be done with it. Optic will be over the handguard and co-witness with the irons.

If you want to chop the barrel that's your perogative, but the Kool Aid guys will hate you, and you'll lower the value.

If you still want to sell it then go right ahead, couldn't tell you what it's worth but you usually pay a premium for Colt. Try and get your hands on a pivot pin bushing so it'll work on anyones lower.

For a flattop than Daniel Defense is your only option for a large hole upper. You can use a small hole but you need a special offset screw gizmo.

If you do start parting this out then I get first dibs on the buttstock.

Gotta love those iron sights but I prefer the A1 myself.
