deprime as usual. If you are schit scared of it going off, put a drop of gun oil in the primer.

When fired you get a poof and a bit of smoke. Projectile does not leave the brass. Hand cycle the dud out, dispose in dud can.

I had 3 of these in my last 1500 reloads. De-prime as the way you do it, but gently.
