This is what DSA Arms publish for their semi-FNFAL rifle
22" barrel (i.e. M14/M1A) ~ 2800fps
20" barrel (i.e. std FAL) ~ 2600fps
16" barrel (i.e. 16 in FAL) ~ 2300fps
