Hello all....I'm a newb to realoading and I'm just getting set up in reloading for my T3 30-06. Stuff is on its way from eguns (Dillon 650 with a bunch of accessories). Chad at eguns was great to deal with. I tried ordering from Dillon direct but they refused to send anything other than by UPS or FEDEX. ($250 + $70 brokerage on a $1500 order
) Chad not only agreed to send it USPS (insured airmail), but also knocked off $75 shipping to make up for the fact that he has free shipping to US customers. ($100 shipping) Prices are identical to buying direct from Dillon. All in all very good to deal with.
Now a question....sorry if it seems a bit silly to the veteran reloaders out there.
With the Dillon 650 and its powder throw die, would I have a need for a just a scale to calibrate the die, or would a combination scale/dispenser like the RCBS still be helpful? A dispenser seems redundant to people with a progressive setup that has a powder dispenser. How do people work a dispenser into such a setup?
Thanks all
Randy
