US dealers who export pistols???

I have a friend who wants to export a pistol FROM the USA. The pistol is not destined for Canada.

Since he is not in the USA he does not have any good contacts over there, and quite frankly neither do I.

Does anyone know of a dealer in the USA who exports pistols? What can he expect to pay for getting this done? Any recommendations help!
