US Military Vests Have Arrived. Updated

Silly question...What exactly is the function of these vests and what are they used for ?....

this vest is designed to be stand alone or to be worn over armor, IE the interceptor body armour
i love these vests, it is cheap and light weight but durable as all hell, but the you don't have the back panels to mount anything else aside from canteen pouches and a butt pack and you also run into the problem where if you over load the front, it will sag
