Easy question. I will want to buy an AR lower soon. Since this is what gets registered, can I buy other parts from the US?

Yes to minor parts like springs, pins, grips, handguards, sights, etc...up to $100US limit.
No (without proper US export license) to barrels, retractable stocks, flashsuppressors, upper or lower receivers etc...
