i`m presently in Florida for 3 week ,i hope to visit some gun show and i have one question..... can purchase a magazine, lock for 5 round and bring with me in canada

No, you cannot without the proper export permit. This is true for 99% of anything firearm. Barrels, mags, parts, scopes, ammo, etc.

yep, if anyone asks "but i was told by CBSA that i can bring i blah blah blah", remember, your not only IMPORTING into Canada, but your also EXPORTING out of the US. Both have different regulations. So while yes you can bring an item into canada, you will need export permits to EXPORT from the US.

Bingo! 90% of the stuff is fine to bring into Canada, but you are smuggling a controlled item OUT of the USA. If you get caught, prepare for a world of hurt.
