I am planning to a semi SMG sooner or later. Wondering which one to get. I will not pick the P90 for sure since the ammo is too expensive. So now I am limited to USC, Kriss and TP9. Please advise me which one is the best in your mind. Thanks.

With an 18.5" barrel, the kriss is no longer an SMG. Furthermore due to the design of the gun, it's probably going to be as long as an AR with equivalent barrel length. But god dammit, its so dam cool.
Questar sells a non restricted PS90. Considering the PS90 is a bullpup design, the gun is still short even with the long non restricted barrel. Cons would be your probably going to have to reload your ammo (or spend lots of $$$ on 5.7x28) and you only get 5 round magazines. This gun is also hella cool. It goes for $2700. It'd be my choice.

I dunno I am not much for expensive guns. For some reason when a gun has a lot of hype, like the kriss, it makes me want to buy it less. There is also the kel tec sub 2000 for a fraction of the cost. Also the EMF JR carbines have just made their way into the country but I have heard they have some jamming problems as well. Also I think the jamming problems in the kriss were the earlier models.

If your just looking for the range I'd get the short barreled restricted Kriss, it a low recoil 10 shot .45 and it's damn ###y

could always do a short barreled ar in 9mm, they arent very big with a 7.5in barrel and you get the 10 round mags, and the lower to use with other uppers

Glock 17 (if you like 9mm, you could use a .40cal too) with Hera Arms Glock Conversion Kit! This combination is soo much fun! I had to buy another glock, because I know I'm never taking my first one out of that kit, ever.

I'd honestly go with something that shoots pistol rounds this way you can shoot more.
exotic rounds are nice but unless you have tons of money to shoot at paper with, I wouldnt go there.
personally, I'd take the USC. If anything else, a AR 9mm or that glock hera conversion thingy.

My 2 cents
In my other life the Kriss full auto would of been sweet for CQB...but even as a civilian I'd go for a short barrel Kriss, if the demand is there it will follow the 18.6 inch barrel. You got a big ass round( without falling into the .45 is better than 9mm debate) a recoil reducing system for those quick follow up shots and not to mention the ah so ###y 10 rds capacity thanks to the glock 21 mags. My advice is wait, save up and harass wolverine supplies to import the SBR version. Trust me, when that .45 double taps and you're a mere inch apart you'll do this

Don't discount the TP9. It is a very light, compact carbine with acceptable accuracy. The trigger leaves something to be desired but it is ridiculously simple to knock falling plates over quickly with it. It is one firearm i actually regret getting rid of. The USC i don't have any experience with but have heard a lot of good things about them. Another one to consider is the Famae Saf. It is a Sig based design and is very accurate while looking similar to a MP5. The drawback to these is the lack of spare parts being available. As far as the Kriss goes, well i have my name down for one so we'll see when it arrives. I want the short barrel but what the heck, curiousity overwhelms me.
Good to know. I knew I could re-classify my Storm.....but didn't know about the USC.
By the way.......USC all the way! Shoots great and is a real eye catcher whenever I take it to the range!
