Non-restricted firearms must be unloaded during transportation. <----that's the end of it. There's a period there.

I strap my to the roof rack with bungee cords and some colourful streamers for added flair, still perfectly legal. Probably not the best idea, but legal it is.

My hunting rifle rides rite here from when it's loaded in the truck till it's taken out where it's going to be used then back again for the ride home... I get checked at least twice a year by the CO's and never once had an issue... The ladies at timmy's drive thru even wish me luck every now an then when they notice it.

I'm looking for a nondescript rifle case for the motorcycle... I wonder if this would work...

I think it would hang too low, on the 42" and 47" cases anyways, to be able to wear while riding a bike...

I've fondled a couple at gun shows, retail on em is around $75... Not overly impressed with the stitching so haven't dropped the cash on one... My concern is the zipper seam will bust and the guns will fall out...

The 5.11 covert bag and backpack are very low profile, built to carry your M4 on public transport without raising any red flags.

I regularly overfill mine and they hold together just fine.

I bought a beautiful old pump shotgun without a mark on it. Took it to the range, put it back in a soft case and forgot to zip the end shut. When I got home and pulled her outta the truck it slid out and landed on the but on the cement. It broke the pin on the disconnector assembly... on the bright side i now know how to take a shotgun apart.

Ohh i dont feel your pain at all, i keep things in cases, kolpin makes very high quality soft scoped gun cases.
I used to have the hard ones but then i realized you can hold a few soft ones in one hand on the way to the car vs one hard case.

Ah it happens... I bought a brand new mossberg .22 years ago and as I was bringing it and another gun to my safe it some how slid out of my hand hit the concrete floor and chipped the wood stock... Biggest fml moment to this day lol

Dude, I feel your pain..... Those of us who've participated in this sport long enough have similar painful stories... Look at the bright side "Magellann" pointed out.. that oops has given you a good excuse to get back to the range right away to make sure all is still good.
