Any idea where one could find just a cylinder? Probably a .357 would be easiest to find. Making a wood and gun part pen holder. One of the Smith 8 shots would be good.

1) Visit some gunsmiths. If you don't care what kind of a cylinder it is or whether it is worn or not then you should be able to scare something up.

2) Ask around at gun shows. As above.

Cylinders aren't cheap... might be cheaper to have one 3D Printed.

Just one more thought... you could also look for 12.6 guns. They're cheap often.
