using Brenneke slugs in a Wingmaster

I was wondering about using Brenneke 2 and 3/4 slugs in an older ( about 30 years old ) Remington Wingmaster, 20" barrel, no choke.

1 and 1/8 oz and about 1600 fps.

Safe do do so? Any issues I need to worry about?

Shotgun is in good condition ( I have fired bird shot and slow Foster type slugs thru it )

As long as you shoot proper length for chamber shells, you don't have to worry with Brenneke slugs through your wingmaster.
These were the slickest and most robust of the 870 series (and still are).

great choice the remmy will have no problems with them as long as you ues the right leighth for your gun i use them as well with great resulte DUTCH

You won't have a problem with the Bennekes. The velocity is well below what's advertised, but its still one of the most effective slugs there is.

Theres no problem my dad uses them in his full choke Berretta 301 old gun too.
