Why wouldn't it? First several swings should be the same (pure math) then things will fluctuate, but the same stands for swinger when kinetic energy is exhausted.
 
It appears to be all steel and fairly heavily built. To comply with range rules you may have to put the hole contraption in a large shroud.
 
because its not practical, when the seals went it to "have a chat" with OBL they didn't see anybody swinging around on monkey bars so just dial it down

Re the drunken monkey swinger, unless you put it at 30 yards or require 6 hits on it then it seems to be much ado about nothing. The stage will be shot completely before it makes it's second swing.
 
Thats the problem, M and GM and probably A shooters will get it on the first pass but B, C and D shooters who get to it late get a completely different type of swinger
 
Thing is, I would want to put the activator through a different port.....and there is no way it would swing the same sequence 2 times in a row....say a 5-8 second interval between when the activator is shot, to the time you would get to it through a separate port 15' away!
