utas 15 flashlight

i have an utas 15 gen 3 with built -in flashlight and red laser which i purchased on EE which came orginially from Wolverine.
the laser works but flashlight does not ----is there any warranty from utas for the flashlight

also off topic abit but does the Utas 15 gen 4 with spring assist capable of using the same flashlight/laser combo
