can someone advise me which one to buyhad moss in past pretty bulletproof--whats everyones opinion of the other 2 12 guage shotguns?

I prefer the UTAS myself:

The initial growing pains are over.

It also has superior feeding options that does not require manual toggling. Nor does it have the grip ergonomics of a 2x4...

I think it is the better over all. Look at some of Wolverine's YouTube video: These are the latest iterations, not buggered like the earlier videos generally portray.

Cheers!

I've got a ksg (gen2?) with about 500 rounds down the pipe. Never had a glitch. We've had utas's out, and every one has malfunctioned, gen 3 being the last I tried. Unless they truly fixed the "high brass only" issues, I would go with a ksg. Admittedly, I like the look of the utas, and it's definitely the early problems that give me my bias. I'm also a long time mossberg fan (over the 870). An 870 bit my finger as a kid...again long time bias.

I'm not a huge fan of the feeding system for the ksg, but it does work, every kind of shell I've put into it. It also is really good about shooting forever without a good cleaning.

I kind of want one of those new double barrel pumps to be honest.

IMO, nothing is more practical and comfortable than a high cap traditional shotgun with a common field type stock.
Go 590A1 or 870P I say.

I have all 3.
The Keltec- jams a lot, need to be very forceful when cycling the action. Least favourite.
The UTAS - fun, I find the stock too short though so it's a bit uncomfortable. All the upgrades wolverine did to it makes it pretty reliable.
The moss berg 500 - would trust my life to this one, never failed me. Lots of upgrades and tinkering to be done.

I have had all three, the ksg is a novelty gun in my mind, switching tubes is a hassle and not a good feature and jams are hard to clear, the mossy is unbeatable although its capacity is limited, I have had a gen 2 uts15 and now a gen 4, absolutely incomparable, the new gen 4 is amazing, 15 rounds fired as fast as you could imagine, low recoil, absolutely flawless function, plus its easy to clean and if you had a jam, which I have not, its easy to clear

UTS15 all the way
