So I ordered one ... it came today (very fast shipping).
Put it on. I like it.

Got mine yesterday, installation was easy. I did manage to mar the surface a bit on the side rail but that was my fault completely.

I installed the utg mount with the m1a versa-pod picatinny rail with sling swivel...

On another note had mine out to the range this week, only fired 25 rounds but no problems with holding zero.

Those are rubber rail guards that clip into unused portions of the rail. A common item for rail systems.

From the pic on the website it doesn't look like it'll allow for for a telescopic sight to reach back far enough to get a proper eye relief. Can anybody confirm if this is a viable solution for mounting said sight?

Not for a normal eye relief scope, but for a long relief, 'a la' scout mount or a red dot yes.

Question (sorry for the hijack), but I got my UTG rail from fab sports, installed it, and the little white UTG label on the side of it is upside down

I guess the chinese guy running those through was asleep that day

Anyone else have an upside down UTG stamp on theirs?

Fabrice has a 5 or a 6 inch extention that clamps on to the rail and comes back over the receiver so you can mount a normal scope

So got my UTG Trirail from Fabsport. Thanks Frabrice that was quick service. Canada Post delivered it on a Sunday... 4 days.

Looks Solid and built Solid. Install was quite easy, just follow the instruction booklet, took all of 20 min to have set up properly.

After that, I installed my EOTech 512 copy on the rail, we will see how all this will handle the ranges this Saturday.
