UTG Trirail for M305 m14s

I really like the look of the UTG, but I was wondering if the Bushnell 3200 Mildot scope I have will still be effective mounted further forward? It is currently mounted on an ARMS mount.

Does the extension attach to the TriRail? I know that 3200 has an Eye Relief of 3.5 inches, so I wonder if this is enough....

Thanks MT. I guess the TriRail isn't used much, based on the comments. I might hold off then, as I don't want to spend more money on an extension, plus the rail, to get the same effect from a scope that works on the ARMS 18. I liked the look, but I will keep the money in my pocket. :)

I think I am going to spend my cash elsewhere. I really like the 3200 scope and the ARMS is great too, but since the UTG/Ultimak is more of a scout or red-dot type mount, I will pass. Oh well. :(
 
LOL cool. I took mine out deer hunting this year. It was a hoot. Nothing like watching someone jaw drop when they see you tramping thru the bush with one.

Lugged mine around for 2 weeks looking for a moose (they do tend to get heavy). The guys in my hunt group all had to try it out.
 
I have been through the whole thread but nobody has said if the extension for the tri-rail is holding accurately? I have been thinking of this mount instead of an ARMS. Does anyone with one with an extension and scope have some feed back as to how it hold groups? Does it change as the rifle heats up? Any and all feedback would be great!

I would not waste the money if you want a traditional scope I would only use this set up for a holo site or aimpoint.
