Buddy of mine recently got a UUQ scope for his AR, hasn't used it yet but it got me looking into them as I'm also looking for a lower-cost optic.
They seem too cheap to be any good but reviews on Amazon are generally positive and a bunch of websites say they are OK (though, maybe it's just paranoia on my part, but some of the websites look fishy).
I'm not in the market for anything high end and not looking for super-pinpoint half-MOA accuracy or anything like that (I can't shoot that well myself), and the AR I plan on putting it on was also a pretty economical build (figured I get something thrown together in case the Turd does something stupid).
So, are these things any good? Would spending +/- $100 on one of these be a complete waste?
