Uzkon TR100 Range Review

Wow.

Can I just sign the ticket, and be on my way officer? I’m late for church.

Kodak Jack, you have answered all of my questions with your responses.

I’ve got a Halloween party to attend tonight. Wanna come? I’ll bet you’re a RIOT at parties.

Mods, please move this thread to the “proper” section. I stumbled in here by mistake and these fine, welcoming gentlemen have shown me the error of my ways. Your mercy will not be forgotten.

What a confusing gun

Breaching choke.....in waterfowl camo? In a gun which if used as a hunting gun should probably be used with slugs on large game animals?

Its great you like it....but it seems to have an identity crisis.

Good on ya KJ!

I think its more interesting to get information about a gun rather than hanging my hat on whether it belongs in this forum or that. You went to bat for me when I was a noob and now it's time to pay you back.

All of you "move the thread" grumps need to move your presumptions and realize that all guns can answer roles that you may not consider them "properly" suited for doing.

Well hey, I needed a new entry for this year’s Tactipoor Thread anyway... :p

I get the impression some of the posters in this thread are those old dudes at the range who sneak up behind you, watch you shoot for a while then while you’re reloading ask if you signed in...

It’s actually “woodland” camo.

Whatever “woodlands” look like in Turkey anyway. It’s darker than it appears in those pics. It’s not bad. I actually lost it for about a minute after I had set it down to swap targets, so it matches southern Ontario in October pretty good.

That said, they do offer it in “marsh” so your point is plenty valid. Also comes in digital, tan, faux carbon fiber and... something else I forget. I would have gone for the carbon fiber if there were any left in stock. But this is good too.

As for the muzzle brake... yeah. Kind of hard to defend. (Rabid grizzlies aside) I do hunt in some super thick stuff, and maybe it’ll serve to protect the barrel from obstructions a bit. I’ll tell you though, that carry handle sure is nice for when you’re crouched down making your way through thick evergreens.

Oh I forgot to mention earlier that the trigger is nothing to write home about. I haven’t weighed it yet, or looked for ways to lighten it. It’s not bad, just quite heavy.
