Just thought I would share the good news in the open part of the forum since TI wants to stifle all chat and info about this shotgun for some reason (I assume due to: A-the poor response to the misleading advertised NR status before a sample was even submitted to the RCMP, B-the power struggle between retailers over who will import it, and lastly but in my opinion most likely... C-its well covered cracked reciever issue and jamming action which is destined to hurt sales, especially if it happens on the first Canadian imports)

I have a pre order in with TI so I have checked in twice, each time it was a race for them to respond and lock the thread. (why I get the impression they are stifling conversation about the platform.)

After the initial claims of NR status that were false and only an assumption from TI (a fair one for them to make however) I asked a member here who has access to the database to confirm TI has infact recieved an FRT for NR status, I and I am happy to tell you it checks out!

Check out TI's comments in link number 2, sounds like the demo actually ran, but unfortunately wouldn't cycle light loads, so some adjustments were requested. Im hopeful that these
get sorted and these turn out to be decent, they have so much potential (especially for the pre-order price) if they could just get their QC sorted and have it reliably cycle both light and heavy loads...

Juat because the sample from the other year has been approved . Does not meen much.

1 uzkon had an exclusive contract in canada with a other importer.

2 this design had many catastrophic design issues. (I'm sure that can be fixed )

3 uzkon is being sued for breach of contract for a few importers.

4 uzkon is bankrupt.

5 uzkon don't actually make anything.

All the said, I'm sure everything will work out fine. The turks arw a strange bunch. Thwre is like 10 or 20 manufacturer and the other 200 arw just brands. Much like the US AR15 market

These are really cool, but I don't want to be a guinea pig for a gremlin just because it looks cool. Will wait and hopefully all works out!
