OK, I know this may be a little vague but would like to hear your input.

Which factory ammo/handgun combination makes the biggest bang, the biggest hole and the biggest recoil ? (must be available in Canada)

Biggest hole....well lets say the best knock down ability, not neccessarily the biggest hole in the paper.

Biggest recoil....uncompensated handguns.

I see many different calibers out there-460, 500 S&W, 454 Casull, 44 Mag etc etc. But I am not really sure where these sit in the "firepower" scale.

Basically, what is going to scare the ####e out of me the most when I pull the trigger ?:D

Magnum Research BFR in 45-70 (BFR officially means "Biggest Finest ;) Revolver") I believe TSE has one for sale.

There is also the Maadi-Griffin .50 BMG Handgun which is prohibited in Canada, and the Thunder .50 BMG handgun which i'm not sure about. If available in Canada the Thunder would meet all your criteria except probably the non-compensated one..

The designer claims that the 15lb weight makes it possible to shoot the gun without permanent damage to the wrist!
