Call them. I just bought a new firing pin for my Mark III from them. They are basically a sporting goods store like we have here in NS, but they also sells guns and parts. I don't think they have anyone dedicated to answering emails

My last volquartsen products (a replacement trigger group for a Ruger 10/22) was bought from Brownells.
That was a while ago and might have been before itar came into effect.
We sold our 3 x 10/22s a year ago.

Volguartsen makes good products in our opinion.
The 10/22 trigger replacements were clean and crisp ... a lot better than the stock triggers.

I bought a Volquartsen charging handle for my 10/22 about a year ago from Brownells. No issues whatsoever and it looks great.

Call Sylvester's and ask for Todd. If he's not there ask for Mitch. If neither one is there, call back. As someone else mentioned it's a sports store that is venturing into the online world. Good people, but you need to call and talk to them the old fashion way.
