Used might be around $1700, NIB IDK. In the US, they have gone absolutely nutz on these. Something like 5K for what you saw.

If i recall correct, they were about 1200 new. Then Jardine complained about them being in Canada direct from Italy and not going through him and that cut off the supply up here.

The Valtro's in the the US are pretty much custom 1911s. Jardine gives his final touch tot he guns before they leave his shop. I hear that they start at $2200 from him and range all the way up to $4000+. Great gun just the way it is, but Jardine brings it up a notch. The Canadian guns are non-custom. As for price? If it's in good sahpe, I'd say $1000+ as we are not likely to see any new ones.

A couple years ago I remember a few for sale, they were in the $900 to 1,000 range. I agree that a really nice example of one of those Canadian guns would be $1,000+ now.
