They seem to sell for the same price as any other Ruger. Sometime they are an easier sell, but the price doesn't seem to reflect it. It is not a Colt, even if it has three screws like a Colt. None of the Colt rules apply. I will not sell for more than a new Ruger in the same configuration.
You should post a picture, or at least the Model and barrel length. During the 3 screw era Ruger made a pile of different models, some with brass grip frames. Good gun, rugged, but nothing super special. At most they would get $50 or so more than a similar used transfer bar Ruger on a good day.
It would sell on CGN for $550 in hours. $650 would take a few days, $750 would take several weeks. $850, it would sit.
Just my opinion. I'm a bit biased as I don't want one. All my hip guns are the newer style, and I don't want 2 different "feels".
