Sako AII action, underfolding stock, fluted med. heavy 20" barrel, .308. 9 round internal magazine. Spigots for M-16 clip-on bipod or Parker Hale or Versapod bipods. Sako scope rings. Hand detachable brake, with precision taper for fitting other muzzle devices. Quite accurate. ca. 1980.
Did a quick web search, found a couple in the US. I've never seen another one.
 
Never seen "another" one? Well, that's one more than me.
I remember lusting over it in the old annual Gun Digest...

Yes, that's it. I made a second bipod spigot so that a real bipod could be used. No idea how many made it into Canada. They don't seem to be common in the US.
The folding stock is slow to deploy, but quite sturdy when in firing position.

Had one pass through my hands many years ago / good accuracy at the time with the cool factor stock
