Value of 22??

They are wonderful rifles.
Need more info as they came in so many different variations that would
determine their nee sumwutt.
I have three here and luv'im tuh bittzs.

The earlier ones were stamped Short, Long & Long Rifle
The later were S, L, & LR
And quite a vast array of peepsights installed as well.

Rimfire Central may have an abundance info on them.
Lost track of the pertinent info on them.

Go shoot'er.

Oh, post sum photos fur kripes sake.

Anywhere from $75 to $750. Trying to value something without pics is like getting a haircut from a blind barber. It will be a haircut but it won't be the same all over.

It is a Target Model, is stamped with SHORT LONG AND LONG RIFLE, and both pistol grip end cap and butt plate are black plastic with white spacer. Very good condition. I've never shot this one, bought it 15+ years back, I have a knock around one that I got from a draft dodger along with an old 94 way back, its my night time coon gun, the ten round mag only fits the target model.

Unfortunately no matter what site you post a description on, no user is going to be able of giving an accurate value without pictures.
Uploading a file to imgur or other host, scaling the size down and copy pasting a bbcode link is not outrageous stuff and pretty universal to most gun forums. Best of luck!

Posting pictures is not complicated. You need to commit yourself to a short learning curve and then do it...

You need a camera and preferably a photo editing program on your computer.

Then you need a photo hosting site. I use a free site ( postimages.org )

Once you post your photo on that site you can copy that link and post it on a CGN forum using the "Insert Image" symbol in the toolbar above.

I'm off topic now, I use other forums very similar to this style of forum, for fine art in particular where I post multiple pics with text for step by step instructional purposes. CGN encourages paid membership by withholding this simple posting function. That kinda irks me. I can email a pic if need be. Thanks for your interest.

Any version $350-450$ has been many on EE for those prices and not many selling . Later versions with grooved recivers sell quickly white line spacers are definitely not original

Not trying to be a smart-ass, but anything is worth whatever at least one person is willing to pay and what the seller is willing to accept in a particular market.

There's been a Winchester 69a complete with target sights for sale on EE since last May for “$500 OBO”. It's either over-priced or poorly advertised; either way, it hasn’t sold yet. Maybe yours is more desirable, maybe not.

One of of my favourite ads on EE was a guy selling a VZ 58 or a CZ 858, I can’t remember it was, last spring for “$10,000 firm” when there was a bit of a frenzy with people thinking they would get 12.x grandfathering if they owned one of these scary looking semi's when Bill C-71 came into force. I don’t think he had any takers.

Good luck.
