On the same page i d like to know wat would a COLT COMMANDER lightweight be worth in good condition ??

I don't know about the first post but hermann78 I have paid from $700-$850 for NIB LW Commanders.
It would depend on what series, what calibre and what condition.

My dad has a possible MP Colt M1911. I have not seen the gun yet, but he claims the serial number is in the same range as the MP colt 1911 listed in the Arms and Accouterments of the Mounted Police. He just wanted me to get an idea on what it could be worth. Gun is in VG condition and comes with a holster. I don't think hes looking at selling, because ill be the first to buy it

Ill try and get some pictures and look for any unique markings. But hes pretty fussy when it comes to putting stuff up on the internet.
