Also is this a black powder gun or does it shoot regular shotgun rounds? (i have no idea)

Like DEZ said, black powder only. Shotgun is pretty well worn with the addition of some aftermarket carving on the pistol grip. Value is not high maybe $250 to the right guy in my opinion. It may have more value as a parts gun to a Colt shotgun collector.
 
He's right. Damascus steel only has a good reputation in the knife world, though it's near the bottom of the list for handling pressure. Eye candy steel. BP only.
