Value of a Nylon 66?

I'm thinking of selling my Nylon 66, but am having a hard time coming up with a value.

I bought it new in about 1984. It's the all black version in excellent condition. I would say it has less than 500 rounds through it.

Does anyone have an idea on the value or where I can find such information?

I think you will find that there are more than one Black Version. One had a chromed receiver housing, and one had a blued one. There were also some short runs of Commemerative Nylon 66 rifles.

I think the $200 to $300 is ballpark, for a Nylon 66 in good condition. The lower figure for the more common production ones, and the higher for the Chromed Black ones.
 
I'm actually looking for a all black nylon 66 right now to go with my brown 66,,,i have a line on another but the guy wont split the two he has,,price a typicaly about #200.00 to $250.00 at gun shows if they are in excellent condition,,PM me if you may be interested in selling,,,
 
The value? Priceless as far as I'm concerned.

Depends on how much a guy wants it, mine is a brown one with less than a brick through it and I wouldn't sell it for 250-300, one of the best 22s ever built.

It's interesting how things work. I started this thread looking for a price, but ended up, thanks to the feedback, deciding there is no way I can part with this rifle.

Thanks for helping me make the right decision.
 
while not exactly tack drivers,,they are kinda cool,,i have a couple myself,,,but they never are worth any more than $300.00,,,luckily they are plentyfull...always many up for sale at any one time,,so you have a good choice,,,a decent shooter usually sells for about $100.00- $125.00....my mint ones i paid $175.00 for ,,,and a black-chrome one was $225.00...
