A 8x50r one would be worth a slight premium, however that being said the price is still relatively low. Not to many people desire these rifles (I personally quite enjoy them, but most people seem not to), so the prices don't really shoot up too high (unless you have something truly rare, in which case serious collectors will spend top dollar).
You can tell the rifle is Bulgarian at a quick glance by the electro-penciled bolt. In service the only nation that really numbered them was the Bulgarians (original Bulgarian contracts from pre-WWI had stamped numbers bolts), and when they acquired them over the years they would electro-pencil them. They were also for most M95s the last nation to own them and refurbish them, so it is also the most common variation.
