what would the following be worth, two tone bhp in GREAT condition, Barsto barrel, bomar sights, extended safety and mag release, spurred hammer, pachymar grips, whole gun worked over and tuned by wilson combat (i think, he said it was one of the big us custom houses, pretty sure it was wilson??)

Cylinder & Slide and Novak's .45 Shop were two US pistolsmithing firms commonly associated with Hi-Power work in the 80s and 90s. Not saying Wilson never had any through their shop, but it'd be a fair rarity.

unless you find someone who wants a gun built up and can verify where the work was done, 900 . If you find the person who wants that paticular gun maybe double that.

A Hi Power from either one would be worth having, both outfits still work on HP's with prices on their websites. In my mind they definitely produce keepers. Cost would be in line with a similar 1911, which is to say, quite a lot.

I'm sorry to hijack to hijack,
But how much would a run of the mill 79 FN with target sights go for?
The finish is a bit rough on the frame and there is a noob scratch on the slide from replacing the takedown pin. The girl has probably a few thousand rounds through her, but she is still very accurate and I've only had one failure to eject with junky reloads.

Any Browning HP in good condition with good finish still on it would be worth $650. If you can get all that for that price then you're laughing. My advice to you is take the deal and run as fast as you can before they change their mind.

easy your talking a gun possibly built in the 80s so what if it was built by novaks if its got thousands of rounds through it its worth no more than a none collectible inglis high power, but if its pristien than around 14 15 hundred bucks if the work can be verified and not tampered with after the job was done

Depends on condition, and if you can verify where the work was done. Given what you describe it as, I would guess it would be well used. Being tricked out doesn't make it collectible, but it doesn't mean its not desirable. If you can verify if it was C&S or Novak originated that might make some difference.

~900$ - 1000$ if in decent condition.
