Letter from RCMP states this is an antique.
Smith & Wesson Top Break No 3 Double Action New Model serial number 3345.
The barrel measures 4 inches, the groove diameter about .430”. Bore is not too bad. Appears to be functioning through the double action and single action just fine. Ejector working as well. It has a silver US coin made into a front sight.
This belonged to BC Provincial Constable Charlie Thomet who was shot and killed in 1908.
