I picked up a mag for a Bren gun today. Stumbled across it in an antique shop. Its in fairly good shape. Not mint but descent. Any idea what something like this would be worth?

Not much call for them unless you have a bren
HOWEVER if ANYONE has a Blank firing BREN magazine ot two, or three, or four I would be interested.
There is a spacer in front of the follower in order to feed crimped blanks. I have the rest of the kit but only ONE mag.;)

I have 3 of the blank fire mags in my collection, along with the blank fire barrel. Not for sale mind you, but pretty useless here in Canada, where the guns are currently all safe queens.

Collectors source used to sell the mag inserts and the complete blank fire mags. Have you tried them?

No I havent, got a website?
As stated, I have the gun, the barrel, one mag, and a supply of Canadian crimped blanks.

I've been looking for a 100 round bren drum for a long time. I've managed to aqurie a winder and an adaptor but not a drum. The only source I've found is IMA in the states and they just bumped the price up to over 1,000, which is way to high for me. :). Anyone know of a more resonable source?

I got mine from another collector last year in exchange for around $600. But the price is now $1000 or more. Wait a while, and it will only go higher.
They were only $750 a few months back from IMA, but since their stock is running out, their price gets adjusted.
Also, just because it is excluded from the mag capacity regulations in the criminal code, does not mean it will not be subject to the DFAIT rules as controlled goods. It is exclusively for a prohibited automatic firearm.
I have seen the complete boxed sets of 4 from time to time on milweb.org, but usually around 1500 pounds. By the time you import it, you won't save much over those $1000 ones.

I paid £15 for a chest full of them including postage about 10 years ago over here, I tried to kake 30 round mags for my SMLE.
