value of CZ ZG47

BRNO (CZ) ZG47 bolt action rifle in 30-06. Top load magazine with drop down baseplate. CZ scope rings with Bushnell Banner 3x9x40 wide angle scope, original sling swivels with sling. Mauser action, stock recently refinished with hardcoat.

This is the info from the seller, what do you guys think this is worth? comes with 5 boxed of reloads and shipped.

I honestly don't know the price but the ZG47 is a hell of a nice action and highly sought after for custom jobs.

The ZG47 is a great rifle. If it was minty I would pay $1200 for it. It is not (refinish) so I'd go down (obviously) from there.

Well don't bugger it up any more than it is; Brno only made about 20,000 of these and they are considered a high mark in M98 design. Perhaps a loving restoration is in order. Then hunt with it!

this was the rifle that was on myzer.com not too long ago right? i seriously hope you bought it man because they're beautiful rifles. i really wanted to get it but i just didn't have the money. i read everything i could find on it and there are some real rave reviews out there. If he didn't sell it and posts it again we might find ourselves in a bidding war

I got mine from Tradex for about $750, but I had a bit of work done to it that brought it up to $1500. I think $1200 is ball park if the rifle is minty.
