Not a Savage 'Knock off...Savage continued production after Lakefield. The accu-trigger is all Savage (and a fine thing too).
They were available at CT right beside the Lakefield 64b (also still produced by Savage).
I have one and, it is plenty accurate, and affordable (won't try to sell beside Gunsaholic's though). Current value is a tricky thing....Single shot Cooeys seem to get similar prices. As good as they are, I'd rather the Lakefield MkII. Magazines still produced (under Savage), you can mount optics, and not feel terrible if it should get scratched. Also, not to be overlooked (in Cooey fervor), it's CANADIAN 'eh! Lots of them out there, not too many in the EE...that must mean something too.
Mine has a very fancy "custom" bolt handle too (made by the world's worst welder)
