Value of M4 H R 22 Hornet

Hi,

I have the chance to put my hand on a M4 bolt action by H&R in 22 hornet, in very good condition.
What is the value of this rifle ?

In the US it's expensif and you need a special permit because the barrel is shorter than the US legal limit of 16 inches.

Lucky bugger, that gun is very hard to find and such a neat design. Can't help you with the value, sorry. For some reason I seem to recall that it's a restricted gun. You may have more luck in the milsurplus forum since it was built for the airforce. I bet the guys there would have plenty of information about that rifle.
