Value of my first Colt 1911

I have a Colt 1911 Model 70 Mark IV on hold for me (till I get my RPAL in the mail) Used for IPSIC and set up with a few goodies, 9 Mags, holster. Finnish is good. Without seeing the gun what do you guys ballpark the value? This is my first handgun and I can't wait to get it home. What should my offer be?

I'd say about $900-1000 is a good price for that kinda package.
