Value of Rem 700

I have a 1973,ADL 700 in 270 cal. This gun is in excellent condition. Not a scratch on the wood. The bluing is excellent and no rust. Only maybe 50 shots put through it. Just wondering what I could expect to get for it privately. I want a 7600.

.......I think the real question is why would someone give up a 700 for a 7600

...I know this doesn't answer the question...so it's worth about $400 tops
