Hey guys, I have a family acquaintance who is looking to get rid of his gear, he's an older gentleman and his health isn't what it used to be. Anyways, he wants to get rid of his gear in a batch lot and doesn't want to deal with splitting it all up. He has a bunch of reloading stuff but I'm curious on the value of the two pistols:

One is his used competitive 9mm Springfield P9 LSP (well used but well taken care of) and the other is a like new Harrington and Sportsman .22 9 shot. He's not much into electronics and is very nervous about photographing and sending images. Getting these photos took a bit of convincing. I'm attaching the two he provided. I'm going to eventually have to go see these in person but I want to make sure we're in the right ball park on price before I make the long trek out there. My plan would be to sell off the two guns but keep the reloading gear, I've been looking to get into re-loading and I'm thinking this might be a good chance to pick it up for a decent price.

Any ideas on a ballpark figure on these if the description is accurate? I couldn't find much online. Thanks guys.

That Springfield will be worth maybe $500, I'd say. Well-used older race guns don't go for that much no matter how well they'd been cared for. I suppose for the right buyer looking for one it could be worth more,

The H&R I'm going to guess at $350.

A white background makes for a better picture. Cannot make out the SA...

The H&R is an under-rated 22. Okay, the long DA trigger is terrible, but in SA mode it's really great. This fine .22 is a terrific candidate for an optic. The red dot mounts on the top strap, and the very nice 6" barrel does the rest. A great, economical 22-9 shot revolver.

ugh, just dont take the H and R apart, i did with out sticking a pin through the pin hole and spring, and have been fighting to get it back together for a week now, going for parts, haha, but when i bought mine, it was sold for $175, functioned fine, i was just cleaning it from the ground up before selling and pooched it..lol

Follow up question, thanks to some helpful pm's from a member here I found out that the P9 is chambered in 9x21. Is there any market or value in that at all? I would come with 5 mags as well as brass.

9x21 = you can shoot major or down load and shoot minor

problem is Brass finding it or buying it

if you see someone looking for there last pc of brass its 9x21 or 38 supercomp

9mm guys --im missing 10 pcs of brass = lets go home
