Looking at this 308 its made in the states got a few rust spots little scratches id say its in 'good' condition. I really love the full wood stock right up to the barrel. Just would like to know a good ball park value if any ones got some insight into these kinda deer guns!

Looks like a Mossberg model 800 Mannlicher stock. You don't see the 800 often as it has been discontinued since the early 1980's and I have never seen the full stocked 800 in the flesh before. The 800 would be worth $350 to $400 tops in my area and maybe $500 in the Mannlicher stock version. No value in the scope at all so I would say $450 would be fair. Parts are hard to find for these now. I have seen a couple in .308 and one in .30/06(model 810) that were surprisingly accurate.

I owned two Mossberg 800's one in .308 and one in .30-06 both in good condition and the most I paid was $300 at a gun show for the .30-06. I liked the .308 but the .30-06 was a kicker. But as Mike said the mannlicher's (800M) are rarer and more expensive but given the condition described I would not pay more than $400 shipped for it.

The 800 M is a utilitarian rifle dressed up in a "mannlicher" stock. They are decent rifles, but not a custom by any stretch.
Buy it. I've collected fullstock rifles for 10 years and haven't found one yet.
