I was looking for a reasonable price for this 1894, 30WCF. The serial # is low 562###. There are no cracks in the stock and it still shoots, nailed two bucks last fall. I have the orginal rear sight for it but it has newer sight on it. I might part with it as I have my eye on something else.

Thank you, Wayne

Without seeing the rifle, it could be worth from $300 to $??????? depending on age, condition, history, etc. I looked at your link and it was just pictures of people no rifle.

Yours was made in 1911 or so its a pre-64 in 30 WCF so i would say if it is in good condition for its age 400-1000.
300 hahahaha dont make me laugh you may try to get a post-64 94 for that but a pre-64? they are way better built pluss its got the old "classic" factor not to mention one of that age in good shooting condition is very hard to find!

I am not good with a computer. I have reread the sticky on posting images and will try to fix it. I have dail-up and there is a bunch of upgrades being done at the moment will try later.

Thank you for your patience with a computer DUMMY.

Most of the pre 64's I've seen go for 250 to 400. If it has an octagon barrel or is in mint condition you can add a few hundred. Is that the original barrel? looking the the picture it looks like it might have had some sort of restoration work, I think $300 would be a reasonable price to ask, give or take a few bucks.

Anything older then 1920 is going to have some value! If it hasnt been tamperd with.

it is a fair price at $300.00 I bought a 1905 rifle, a 1956 carbine and a 1964 carbine for less than a grand all together. If it is in nice shape that is....sight unseen , I would offer $300.00.... might turn out to be just a shooter but saved from the dusty, rusty storage.

price

For that age, it looks in beautiful condition. If it is as good as it looks, I can see it at a gun show for at least 750.

In the fives I'd say, but that could swing 100-150 either way based on closer inspection. Thats assuming it is roughly as stated. Any majors like barrel swap etc put that in the toilet. What kinda rifle did you want?

Wayne, I'm hoping your just getting an idea of what this is worth cause it's getting dangerously close to becoming a sale threadwhich should be in the EE section of this board.

Start a thread in the EE at your wanting price please, people are gonna pay what they wanna pay, I've seen people buy friggan junk at high prices and collector grade guns at rock bottom. Go with that, thanks.
