Value on a Lithgow Heeavy barrel no1 sporter

I have a relative looking to sell me a heavy barrel Lithgow that's been sportered. Wood is throw away and it was drilled and tapped. The bore looks cruddy, maybe 5/10, might clean up to a 6 or 7 if really lucky, but I'm doubtful.

Exterior of metal is very clean.

What should I offer?

I would restore it to military config if I buy it and am aware of what the cost involved on that end would be, so in looking for opinions if it's worth it.

D&T with a questionable bore, with the intent to desporterize id be hard pressed to pay more than 150 myself.

250/300 max, if you want to restore it, the cost in parts/fittings will add another $400. The H barrels have to be specially fitted.
