I have been looking at a Sharon Percussion 50 cal hawken rifle, it has all browned hardware, lso browned barrel, barrel is 1 1/8" across flats, twist i believe is 1 in 60, nice maple wood, im wondering what they sell for in used condition, im unceartain if this was put together as a factory gun, or from a kit, ny help would be gdin terms of value, i would rate this gun at approx 85% cond, just minor handling marks from use, bore is super gd, i found one person online say they saw one sell at track of the wolf 2 yrs ago for 750$, assembled from kit

It would depend on who built the rifle, really hard to put a value on it without pics.Very early Robinsons had Sharon barrels and they fetch $1000 in good shape.
Cheers nessy

The problem is...the amount anyone in Canada will lay out for a Hawken is...somewhat low vs the US prices.

We've seen Spanish or Italian Hawkens for $200 or so on the EE...they're worth more but seem to go cheap for some reason. A Sharon barrel is US made IMHO and would be worth more.

A really nice one is worth more for sure but will you get it? I've seen them sit on there for months, with great parts.
