I don't often post here, so I hope this ask for help post about value is not violating any rules. Getting old and starting to sell off a lot of my collection direct this year, before what's left goes to auction.

What is a fair market value for this?

Depending upon your own skill, this rifle easily shoots sub-MoA all the way out to 600 meters and my wife was knocking down bowling pins and 12" steel plates at Milcun training center all day with ease .. :)

Thanks for any feedback...

Regards,
Doug

That's a pretty nice rig. Depending on round count and overall condition of the package I would guess around $5k if in excellent condition down to $4.5k for a quick sale plus shipping.

Thank you Harry... appreciate the guesstimate ... :)

I guess I'll have to get of my a$$ this weekend and take a lot of pics ... :D

Doug

If you want to move it real fast, I'll give you $1,000 for it... :runaway:

Thanks .. :D

You are a gentleman and a scholar....

I'll think about it.... ;)

Actually, she's been a "safe queen" for the last 6 years, as I replaced her with a completely custom built rig by Keith Cunningham at Milcun.

When I used my TRG-22 for my sniper training back then, she served me very well.....

I think she should find a new good home with someone who takes her out for regular exercise...

Doug

I recently paid $3500 for a TRG phosphate green, TRG optik 3 ring mount, TRG tripod, TRG BRAKE, no scope.

I think 4000 is more realistic for your setup, $3000 without your scope.

If your numbers are honest, You got nothing short of a screaming deal - like fire sale, giving it away for quick cash type sale.
The TRG with all of the kit you received, less scope is easily worth $4000+ used.

No need for me to be dishonest, I have nothing to gain here, I'm sure someone else saw the ad on EE, the ad was up for quite awhile too.

Thanks for all the feedback guys ... :)

I think I have what I need now and I'll be taking a photo montage this weekend...

What that meant was, that there wasn't other overriding factors in getting such a good deal- like the fellow you got it from owed you money to begin with, or there was a trade of goods in the mix, etc.

I saw the rifle as well, I had just dropped a pile of $$$ on another rifle and was pissed I missed out on the deal. Smoking deal, I was skeptical of the rifle because of the price, but I am happy to hear someone grabbed it and it was legit and in great shape!

I believe a green phosphate one, 3 ring mount, Sako original bipod, Sako original muzzlebrake and 6 X 10 rounds mags original would fetch an easy 5K on the EE... JP.
