hey all, i recently bought my fiancé a girl hunt vanguard, its basically the youth size with pink webbing on the black stock. i haven't yet shot it however while mounting the scope i dry fired it a couple times and noticed a considerable amount of slack in the trigger, it feels like about 1/8 of an inch of slack before the slack is gone and then the trigger will break, now the trigger pull itself is actually fairly light and crisp, however i would like to try and get rid of the "slack" in the trigger, is there an easy way to do this on the new vanguards or should i just order a new drop in trigger?
Thx everyone

That would be the 2 stage trigger....I guess you haven't experienced one of those before.
You can get use to it, or drop in a single stage Timney.

This. And I'd suggest you get used to it - I much prefer them myself. And the Vanguard's trigger is a good one. I doubt you'd see much improvement - if any - after switching it. Once you're used to it, you might find it gives you a more consistent release, with less chance of tugging it.
