Vanguard S2 replacement stock??

Wondering if anyone has replaced the stock on their Vanguard S2? Did it lighten it up at all? I like the gun, just find its a tad heavy to be walking around with, and the fact that the stock doesnt exactly fit me right.

I just ordered a McMillan edge for my vanguard. I didn't like the original stock. The edge is a graphite ultralight stock and McMillan has a ton of options to suit your fit and taste. I ordered through 24 hour campfire gear shop. I've ordered a few through Rick and was very pleased.

McMillan, bansner or a backcountry stock are your best bet. Boyd's or bell and Carlson with the aluminum bedding blocks are heavy.

Thats what i want to do, but i want to try and keep it light as possible. I like wood stocks, but something tells me a Bell and Carlson medalist is the way to go for this gun, as it is going to be my go-to-do-all gun (.300 win mag or wby mag not sure yet)
