Just wondering if anyone else out there has had issues with a Night Force reticle vanishing (becoming invisible) on them.
I look at my target and the reticle is there. Then the reticle slowly starts to fade. If I look out of the scope and then back through the scope the reticle will be visible again. But it will fade faster then the first time. Eventually I can't see the friggen thing at all and end up taking shots using the force.
The problem is more pronounced as the magnification increases. With a sight picture such as lined targets the problem is also more pronounced.
My shooting pals can see the reticle just fine, all the time.
Yes, I have put quite a bit of effort into adjusting the dioptor focus. Followed the instructions numerous times.
Called Night Force and they said to turn up the illumination. No help?
Even went and got eye glasses. No help?
It's not a defective scope because I've got two of them (5.5-22 x 56 NXS). Same thing with both?
Ya, I understand the problem is with my eye, but just hoping someone has a solution.
Thanks
