Cheaper to buy factory ammo

I don't buy factory ammo for the most part so can't argue the price but will say it may be if you can find some. Was at P&D yesterday and the shelves of bullets for reloading were less than half full. Ammo wasn't much better

Reasonable compared to what people are charging. I see budget has 8lbers of varget and h4350 for $950. He won't see my business anymore

With stupid reloading components price, this is killing reloading and shooting. The industry is doing to itself what the Lib are trying to do, reduce number of shooters/ gun owners.
If you cannot afford to shoot, no need for guns.

I would guess that's the price he could get it for and thinks giving people the option to buy or not is better than having nothing at all to sell??Just a thought as i have ordered from him at least a few times a prices and service were always very good.I think the good dealers are just trying to give you at least a option. I would rather see a higher priced option than nothing at all.But maybe you don't like option's?You don't have to buy it.They are all going through the same changes with shipping and shortages as the rest of us after the covid???

I got an email notification that a gun shop out east had Retumbo in stock at they were selling it for $99/pound. YIKES! I remember when I bought it for $39.99 back in the day.

Sure. Whatever logic you want to apply to justify that price is fine by me. I've bought alot from him over the years as well. It's irrelevant at this point when he's charging $120/lb for powder.

Powder is getting unreal in pricing and availability. I've been keeping my eye out for h4198 but I afraid even if I do find it the price will be outrageous.
